Ingredients :
3/4 cup granulated sugar3/4 cup hot water1 liter cold seltzer water1/2 tsp plus 1/8 tsp root beer concentrate
Instructions :
Dissolve the sugar in hot waterAdd the root beer concentrate and let coolCombine the root beer mixture with the cold seltzer water
